Hi! My name is Christy and I am the Sing and Sign teacher for the Taunton and Bridgwater area. I trained as a primary school teacher but after having been so impressed with Sing and Sign classes and the positive effect baby signing has had in our family, when the opportunity came up for me to run the classes, it was too good a chance to miss!

I started Sing and Sign classes with my daughter, Molly, when she was 6 months old. She loved going to the classes and I was so pleased when she started signing to me at 10 months old. Her first sign was ‘all gone’ which she continued to sign for about 10 minutes – just making sure I got the message!! After that she quickly started using lots more signs and it amazed me how fast she seemed to learn new ones.

Classes are held at St Mary Magdalene Church,Taunton, on Monday,Tuesday and Wednesday mornings.

Stage 1 classes are at 11:00
Stage 2 classes are at 10:00

Classes run for a course of 10 weeks and cost £50 per term (payable in advance). If classes are full, please contact me as I may be able to run extra classes.
