Please note: I am running some "Summer Club sessions" during AUGUST. These sessions are more relaxed/social with play/chat time and a mini Sing and Sign class at the end. You can join 1,2,3 or all 4 sessions (different set of songs/activities each week) and they are pay as you go. They are a great way to try Sing and Sign for yourselves. These sessions will run at SYSTON(Mon) and LOUGHBOROUGH (Tues and Thurs). Please contact me for more info

Hello I'm Nikki, the Sing and Sign teacher for Leicester & North Leicestershire.
I really wanted to spread the word about how positive the Sing and Sign experience can be since having thoroughly enjoyed going to classes with my first son. He had so much fun in class, joining in the songs and learning new signs.
We started going to classes when he was 15 months old, he was getting more & more frustrated as he could not make himself or his needs understood. Because of his age he picked up some signs quite quickley (hot,more,duck,drink) and he's never looked back.
Mackenzie is now 5 years old and doesnt use his signs much anymore - only when he REALLY wants something and uses the "please" sign over and over (he knows how to sweet talk his mum!!!)
In July 2008 I had my second son, both his dad and myself (and Mackenzie, of course!) have now started to sign with him too and we are enjoying signing all over again!

Enrolment is now open for next term. The term will run September - Decemeber 2010 (with 1 week break in October)
.Stage1 is for babies 6-15months old. Stage2 is for babies 14months+.
